By SCOTT FRENCH, Senior Editor Everybody except Carolina has completed its 20-player roster by signing two reserves. Three players yet to arrive — Carolina forward Birgit Prinz, Philadelphia defender Stacey Tullock and Washington defender Steffi Jones — do not count against their teams’ totals. Here’s a rundown on the reserves: Atlanta — Veteran defender-midfielder Amanda Cromwell, a starter for Washington last season who battled for a central defense job with the Beat during spring training, and goalkeeper Kristin DePlatchett, the fourth-round pick draft choice out of North Carolina. Boston — Goalkeeper Kristin Slater, the Breakers’ fourth-round pick from Arizona State, and defender Michaella Rooney, a free-agent from Brown University. Carolina — Former W-League forward Traci Grose, a University of Indiana product. The Courage is expected by next week to sign goalkeeper Julie Podharsky, from the University of Massachusetts, who played with Boston during preseason. New York — Midfielder Krista Davey, who played 11 matches for Washington last season and was initially acquired by the Power off waivers in December, and goalkeeper Nicole Williams, New York’s “reserve” keeper in 2001. Philadelphia — Midfielder Michelle Demko, who played in 16 Charge games last season, and goalkeeper Janel Schillig, a Villanova product who played with Carolina during preseason. San Diego — Nigerian national team captain Florence Omagbemi, a midfielder-defender who played in eight matches for Boston in 2001, and former University of North Carolina goalkeeper Shelley Finger, a veterinarian who played last year for a local club. San Jose — Forward Megan Horvath, who made 12 appearances last season for the CyberRays, and Mexican national team goalkeeper Linnea Quinones, the ‘Rays’ fourth-round draft choice out of San Diego State. Washington — Forwards Stephanie Rigamat, an All-American at UCLA taken with the Freedom’s third-round draft selection, and Meredith Beard (nee Florance), a former University of North Carolina star who started 18 games last season for Carolina.
