Joe-Max Moore scored his first goal for Everton in 18 months and Claudio Reyna made his English Premier League debut in a loss with Sunderland.
Moore lifted his club over Derby after coming on as a substitute at halftime. Moore, who has only made five appearances this season, dove bravely at the back post to finish a Steve Watson cross that had been flicked on by Tomasz Radzinski in the 76th minute.
