Ken Horowitz, owner of MLS’s Miami Fusion, was identified by the Associated Press as one of three people who filed suit in a Florida court in the presidential election controversy over vote in the Palm Beach County. Horowitz alleges poll workers told voters they only had five minutes to cast their ballots, and anyone who took longer would have their ballot tossed out. “People should have the opportunity to know that when they vote it was definitively the way they expected to vote,” Horowitz told AP. “The process was absolutely flawed.” The suit is one of two filed so far.
