The U.S. under-23 national team beat Jamaica twice in closed-door scrimmages at its training center in Southern California.

Among those attending the camp has been former U.S. national team captain Tony Meola, who has been working with the goalies for Olympic coach Bruce Arena, his former coach at Virginia.

Two players have already been sent home: Indiana goalie Scott Coufal and Southern Connecticut defender Mike Petke.

In camp has been former South Carolina midfielder Billy Baumhoff, who had the winning goal in the second Jamaica game. U.S. coaches are expected to call into camp Alberto Montoya, who is rumored to be leaving N.C. State for Santa Clara.
