Two more college players have signed with Project-40. South Carolina forward Josh Wolff, who competed for the U.S. at both the U-20 World Championship and the World University Games, and Maryland midfielder Judah Cooks have both given up their remaining collegiate eligibility. MLS has said that an announcement about the allocation of Wolff, Cooks and fellow Project-40 signees Andy Kirk, Chad McCarty, Matt Napoleon and Scott Vermillion will occur next week. Ben Olsen (D.C. United) and Brian West (Columbus) have already been allocated.
