There has been a venue change for the May 8 U.S. women’s national team game against Iceland. The match will be kick off at 7:00 p.m. (CT) at Kuntz Stadium in Indianapolis. The game was originally scheduled for the Track & Field Stadium on the campus of IUPUI, but the change was made after contract negotiations could not be finalized. Kuntz Stadium was the site of an 8-2 triumph over France by the U.S. just months before the 1996 Olympics. Fans can purchase tickets for the match at any Indianapolis Ticketmaster location or by calling (317) 239-5151. For group ticket information, fans can also call Indiana Youth Soccer at (317) 255-0499. Any tickets previously purchased for the game will be honored at Kuntz Stadium, and fans holding reserved seating $20 tickets can receive a refund at their point of purchase.
