FIRST ROUND Group A: Central 3 (Panama or El Salvador), Caribbean 3 (Haiti, Dominican Republic, Cuba or Bahamas) and Bermuda. Group B: Mexico, Costa Rica, Caribbean 2 (Dominica, St. Kitts/Nevis or Jamaica), Central 4 (Nicaragua or Honduras). Group C: Canada, Central 1 (Belize or Guatemala), Caribbean 1 (Guyana, Surinam, Aruba or Netherlands Antilles), Caribbean 4 (Trinidad & Tobago, St. Vincent & Grenadines, St. Lucia or Barbados). ò Groups will play Feb. 16-20, March 1-5 and March 15-19, 2000. Group A champion and Group B and Group C champions and runners-up advance to final round. As host of the final round of qualifying, the USA receives a bye. FINAL ROUND Group D: USA, Group B runner-up, Group C champion. Group E: Group A champion, Group B champion, Group C runner-up. ò Final round will be played April 1-9, 2000, in the United States. The top two teams qualify for Sydney 2000.
