Ronaldinho and Frank Rijkaard are at odds again after the Brazilian showed up late from Christmas break, missing Barcelona’s first two training sessions. His late arrival, of course has sparked all kinds of rumors that AC Milan is planning a summer swoop for the former World Player of the Year. The latest and freshest speculation claims that the San Siro club is prepared to offer $150 million for the Brazilian, who cited a delayed flight for his absence. Portugal midfielder Deco, a naturalized Brazilian, also missed the training sessions and as a result Rijkaard made the tardy playmakers train together alone in front of 12,000 fans at the Camp Nou. Ronaldinho was set to renew his agreement with Barcelona, although no deal has been finalized. Meanwhile, AC rival Inter Milan is said to be preparing a $137 million swoop for Barcelona’s young Argentine sensation Lionel Messi. Inter chief Massimo Moratti has made no secret of the fact that he would love to sign the 19-year old. Reports in Spain say Inter could offer $7.5 million a season to the striker, who is allegedly discontent over his current deal.
