Tickets for the rescheduled 1998 U.S. Open Cup final between the Chicago Fire and the Columbus Crew on Oct. 30 at Soldier Field will go on sale Oct. 13 at 10:00 a.m. (CT). Tickets will be available through TicketMaster charge-by-phone at (312) 559-1212 and the Chicago Fire office at (888) MLS-FIRE. In addition, fans can purchase tickets at all TicketMaster outlets, including all Dominick’s locations, Carson Pirie Scott, Blockbuster Music, Tower Records and Hot Tix, as well as at the Fire’s offices at 311 W. Superior, suite 444. Originally scheduled for Aug. 26 in Virginia Beach, Va., the Open Cup final was postponed twice due to Hurricane Bonnie.
