Despite having its 20-game winning streak snapped on Sunday, Northern Kentucky earned the top seed and home-field advantage in the Great Lake Region in the 2007 NCAA Division II Men’s Tournament.

Lewis knocked off Northern Kentucky, 1-0, on a goal by Jose Ibarra in the final of the
Great Lakes Valley Conference.

The field of 32 teams for the DII tournament will be narrowed to eight after two rounds of play this weekend at eight regional sites.

The semifinals and final will be played Nov. 30 and Dec. 2 at the Orange Beach Sportsplex in Orange Beach, Ala.
