Spanish referee Jose Manuel Barro Escandon sent off 19 players after a mass brawl in a game between Recreativo Linense and Saladillo de Algeciras in the Cadiz region. Linense was leading 1-0 when the fight broke out in the 54th minute. Escandon, who had already sent off one player, abandoned the game, went to his locker room, then issued red cards to a further nine players from each team.
