[AMERICANS ABROAD] DaMarcus Beasley, who hasn't seen league action for Glasgow Rangers since Dec. 6, scored in a 2-2 tie with AC Milan in a friendly on Wednesday. Beasley's American teammate Maurice Edu, who has played only one league game since joining Rangers last summer, notched an assist. David Beckham played the first 45 minutes for Milan.
Beasley, a halftime sub, opened the scoring in the 65th minute when he evaded a couple of Milan defenders and struck home from 10 yards.
Edu, who joined Rangers from Toronto FC, started and played 75 minutes. He set up John Fleck's goal.
A Glasgow crowd of 45,000 attended the game in which Pato equalized after Beasley's goal and fellow Brazilian Kaka answered Fleck's strike.
