Thierry Henry will miss Barcelona's Champions League semifinal encounter with Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday. The French forward scored two goals against Real Madrid over the weekend but picked up a knee injury in the second half that proved more serious than originally thought.

In addition to missing the crucial clash with Chelsea, Henry will also miss the league encounter with Villarreal next weekend, when Barca could be crowned as champion, as well as the Copa del Rey final against Athletic Club.

Henry will undergo further tests on his knee as the week progresses in a bid to ease him back into action as quickly as possible. To cope with the loss, Barcelona might look to move Andres Iniesta up to play on the left, where he has done so effectively throughout his career, and introduce Seydou Keita or Sergi Busquets into midfield
