An England fan was shot in a bar in the former Soviet republic of Kyrgyzstan, where he had stopped en route to neighboring Kazakhstan, where England plays a World Cup qualifier on Saturday. As he and friends sang England fan songs in the bar, a local told them to shut up. When they ignored him, he shot the fan in the leg.
