Real Salt Lake has traded two draft picks, a second round 2010 SuperDraft pick and a conditional 2011 pick, to the San Jose Earthquakes for Brazilian striker Pablo Campos. The 26-year-old will travel with Salt Lake to play the Columbus Crew on Saturday.

"We've scouted Pablo now for two years and we are very excited about his potential," said Real Salt Lake general manager Garth Lagerwey in a statement. "We look forward to him joining us and adding a new dimension to our attack." Besides size, the 6-foot-3 forward also possesses technical ability and a silky touch. Finishing, however, has been an issue, as he has only two goals in nine starts for the Quakes. With Yura Movsisyan departing for Randers FC in Denmark in January, RSL hopes Campos can become the heir-apparent.
