U.S. interenational Jay DeMerit is waiting to determine if he requires an operation for an eye infection that has sidelined the defender for weeks. His club, Watford, says that it is monitoring DeMerit's health and will take time to make the right decision.
"We will not make the decision on what is going to happen to him at least for the next 10 days or so," Watford manager Malky Mackay said.
