MLS Commissioner Don Garber named Angeles defender Hong Myung-Bo and midfielder Mauricio Cienfuegos as Commissioner's Picks for the 2003 MLS-All-Star Game, rounding out the 18-man roster that will face Mexico's Chivas of Guadalajara Aug. 2 at The Home Depot Center.

Tim Howard, however, will be replaced on the roster because of his transfer to Manchester United.

''These two players represent, both on and off the field, everything that is good about our League,'' Garber said. ''Mauricio is a 'founding father' of MLS whose class has been evident since the first day he put on a Galaxy uniform. As the first Korean to play in MLS, Hong is also a pioneer and we are pleased to add his world class talents to the MLS All-Star squad.''
