The Tennessee Rhythm has joined the United Soccer League’s A- League for the upcoming 1999 season, replacing the Nashville Metros franchise, which was recently terminated by the USL. The Rhythm will be operated by Lynn Agee and Devinder Sandhu, the original founders of the Metros, in partnership with Dan Lucas, another former Metros owner. The Rhythm will play their matches at Battle Ground Stadium in Franklin, Tenn., just south of Nashville.
