North Carolina senior Cindy Parlow is the winner of the 1998 women’s Hermann Trophy. The award is given annually to the nation’s top college soccer player, and was presented at the 1998 Soccer America FanZone in Richmond, Va. Parlow, a four-year All-America selection, won the award for the second consecutive year.
