Christine Sinclair scored her third and fourth postseason goals — and her 19th and 20th of the season — to lead No. 7 Portland past Utah, 3-0, Saturday in an NCAA Division I women's soccer third-round match at Provo, Utah.

Sinclair, who has scored an additional 17 goals for Canada's U-19 and full national teams this fall, tallied in the 42nd and 67th minutes as the eighth-seeded Pilots (16-4-1) avenged a 2-0 loss to the Utes (13-4-3) in September.

Lauren Orlandos scored the first goal, heading in a Lindsey Huie corner kick in the 34th minute. Emily Patterson set up both of Sinclair strikes, feeding a through ball for the first and sending a long ball for the second.

The Pilots, who will face James Madison or Richmond in a third-round contest next weekend, thoroughly dominated the match, maintaining possession throughout and outshooting Utah, 15-2. The Utes managed just one scoring opportunity, a first-half free kick that was sent well over the crossbar.
