Celio Marcelo da Silva, the suspected mastermind of a series of kidnappings of Brazilian soccer star family members, including Robinho's mother, Marina da Silva Souza, who was held for 41 days last year. Brazilian police believe da Silva was behind as many as 11 kidnappings. Da Silva has been wanted since escaping via tunnel from prison in 2002.
