The USA will play Scotland, which failed to qualify for the 2006 World Cup and last appeared in the finals in 1998, in a Glasgow friendly Nov. 12.
It will be the USA's final game of 2005.
Scotland finished World Cup qualifying with three wins, four ties and three losses in a group with Italy, Norway, Slovenia, Belarus and Moldova.
According the German soccer federation's Web site, the USA will meet World Cup host Germany in a friendly March 22 in Dortmund.
The USA has lost to Germany in each of the last two World Cups.
