MANCHESTER UNITED-SOUTHAMPTON. Kasey Keller joined Southampton on loan from Tottenham for a month because first-team keepers Antti Niemi and Paul Smith were both sidelined with injuries. Niemi has virtually recovered from a knee operation and Smith's broken thumb has healed, but Keller will be in goal when the Saints travel to Old Trafford. With only one win in 15 EPL games, the Saints desperately need a result. It could also boost Keller's chances of finding a club that wants him for the rest of the season when the transfer market re-opens in January.
