MLS Commissioner Don Garber, speaking on a preseason teleconference call from Dallas, said that talks with the McKinley City Council on a stadium proposal in the Dallas suburb are dead. Garber added that MLS is exploring other options in Texas to find a new home for the Dallas Burn.
