Brazil continues to lead Portugal 2-0 at halftime of the men’s bronze-medal match.
The Brazilians came out very strong in the first half, and although they slowed down a bit after scoring their goals, they’ve still been in control of the match. As the half progressed, Portugal began tackling harder and playing more emphatically.
Brazil’s Ronaldo Guira (16th minute) and Juninho (31st minute) have been booked, as has Portugal’s Paulo Alves (25th minute).
