New England’s Ecuadorian forward Eduardo Hurtado has been transferred to Ecuadorian First Division club Liga Universitaria de Quito. “We are sad to see Eduardo leave without having performed to his full potential with the team,” Revolution coach Fernando Clavijo said. “We wish him great success with his new club.” Hurtado was orginally claimed off waivers by the Revolution on Dec. 3, 1999. He started in one of the three games he played in this season.
