Young Trinidad & Tobago striker Evans Wise rejoins his former coach Thomas Rongen with the New England Revolution as part of a deal that sent rookie Billy Harte to Tampa Bay. Wise, who holds a green-card and therefore does not count as an international, has two goals this season in 11 games (one start). He started 17 games for Rongen last season. Harte, a product of Loyola (Md.), has played five games this year for the Revs.
