Tyrone Marshall scored in the 56th minute to put Florida International up 2-0 over UNC Charlotte.
After an FIU corner kick, a UNC Charlotte defender attempted to head the ball out, but it went towards Marshall, whose brilliant bicycle kick from 14 yards out beat Charlotte keeper Busch to the left corner.
