German keeper Rene Vollath had a rough day in his team’s 3-1 loss to Nigeria, which earned a date with Spain in the U-17 World Cup final on Sunday (6 am ET, live on ESPNU & Galavision).

Germany, coming off a 4-1 quarterfinal win over England, went down after 10 minutes when the tournament’s leading scorer Macaulay Chrisantus scored his seventh goal on a rebound after Vollath fumbled.
