Totti, whose pregnant wife, Ilary Blasi, was in the stands for his game with Roma against Lazio, scored a first-half goal, then rushed to the sidelines and picked up a soccer ball.
He squeezed the ball into his jersey, got down on his back and lifted his spread legs. Teammate Sammy Kuffour, playing the role of obstetrician, pulled the ball out and held it up to the cheering fans.
