New England Revolution goalkeeper Walter Zenga will return to Italy to undergo arthroscopic knee surgery after his July 18 start against the Tampa Bay Mutiny. Zenga, who boasts the lowest goals-against average in MLS at 1.24 and leads the league with five shutouts, will be sidelined for four to eight weeks. In his place, the team has signed former D.C. United keeper Jeff Causey, who made six apperances for D.C. this season and 18 for the MLS champion in 1996.
