American goalkeeper Jonny Walker's spectacular performance was not enough advance his Chilean club, Universidad Catolica, past Brazil's Sao Caetano in the Copa Libertadores round of 16 on Wednesday. A superb second-half by Walker kept the match in Brazil knotted at 1-1, but since the first leg ended in the same score, the second leg went directly to penalty kicks, which Sao Caetano won, 4-2. In the tiebreaker, one player from each team missed the frame and Sao Caetano's goalkeeper made one save in the first five rounds. Now eliminated from the prestigious South American club competition, Catolica's focus shifts solely onto the Chilean League, where the team is tied for first place in its division and two points behind the overall leader. Catolica hosts Coquimbo on Sunday.
