In what will probably be his last match for Sogndal, Robbie Russell was named man-of-the-match in a 2-1 win against Valerenga. Although Sogndal has agreed upon a transfer fee with Rosenborg, Russell's contract was not completed in time for this weekend's games, so he played one more with his first European club. Russell entered the game with a bruised right foot and therefore came out in the 79th minute. Once a contract with Rosenborg is finalized Russell can beging playing for the Norwegian power as of July 1.
