For the USA's Feb. 18 friendly against the Netherlands in Amsterdam (2:30 pm ET live on ESPN2), Coach Bruce Arena has selected a 22-man roster that includes 11 European-based players and 11 MLS players.

''This is one of the few chances that we have every year to see our foreign-based players in action, and we have an excellent opportunity against Holland,'' said Arena, who is looking for his first win in Europe since becoming U.S. coach in 1998. ''We are continuing to develop our team as World Cup qualifying approaches, and this group will certainly play a large role in that process.''

U.S. captain Claudio Reyna , who is three games short of his 100th cap, returns to the U.S. camp for the first time since last summer's Gold Cup. John O'Brien is set to make his first U.S. appearance since March 29, 2003.

Tim Howard, Kasey Keller and Jonny Walker comprise the keeper corps. Keller, Reyna and O'Brien are among 13 players on the roster from the 2002 World Cup squad.

Landon Donovan, DaMarcus Beasley and Bobby Convey join Arena's squad after their unsuccessful effort to help the U.S. U-23s qualify for the 2004 Olympics.
