The U.S. U-19 women's national team split a pair of games against a Mexican team that included youth and full national team players.

The Mexicans won, 1-0, Feb. 27 in Colima, but the Americans triumphed, 2-0, thanks to goals by Megan Rapinoe and Angela Woznuk two days later in Guadalajara.

The first game was played as a fundraiser for victims of the recent earthquake in Colima. The second game was played at the Jalisco Stadium, a venue for the 1970 and 1986 World Cups. Each game attracted about 8,000 fans.

The U-19s, winners of last year's inaugural Under-19 World Cup, have not lost a U-19 international match in the program's short history.
