The U.S. under-15 boys national team went 2-1-1 during its stay in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Coach Jim Barlow‘s boys beat youth teams from Argentina clubs Boca Juniors (3-0) and Gimnasia y Esgrima (2-1). They held Argentina to a 2-2 tie and dropped a 2-1 decision to Uruguay.
Charles Renken, the 13-year-old phenom who entered the U-17 residency program in January, scored in three of the four games. Donovan Henry and Ross Tomaselli scored two goals apiece. George Pantelic had the lone goal in the loss to Uruguay.
