Goalkeeper Hope Solo, fresh from two weeks with the U.S. women's national team, returns to Kopparbergs/Goteborg's lineup for Sunday's Swedish League clash against Karlslunds IF DFF.

Solo has shut out five foes in six games as K/Goteborg (4-2-1), which sits fourth in the Damallsvenskan following a 7-1 loss last weekend to Malmo FF, while Solo was in California. Also missing were Brazilian national-teamers Daniela and Juliana.

Solo trained as a ''guest'' player with the U.S. women and played 30 minutes in a scrimmage Wednesday night against Japan's national team at the Home Depot Center in Carson, Calif. Solo performed well in a 0-0 tie.

Her status for the remainder of the U.S. women's Olympic Residency is uncertain.

American women also will be in action Saturday in Finland and Norway and Sunday in Germany and Iceland.

FFC Turbine Potsdam (18-1-1), with Nancy and Julie Augustyniak, can overtake FFC Frankfurt (18-0-3) for first place in the German League with a victory at home over FCR 2001 Duisburg.

FFC Frankfurt plays host to Umea IK on Saturday in the second leg of the UEFA Women's Cup final. Umea, the defending champion, won the first leg last month in Sweden.
