Americans face showdowns this weekend in Germany and Sweden.

FFC Turbine Potsdam, with Nancy and Julie Augustyniak, needs only a tie on Sunday at FFC Frankfurt to win the Frauen-Bundesliga title. Turbine (19-1-1) already has won the German Cup this season. Frankfurt (18-0-3) has gone 0-2-2 in its past four games, with one-sided losses to Turbine and Sweden's Umea IK in cup finals.

Umea (8-0-0), which has won the past two European women's club championships, is home Sunday against reigning Damallsvenskan titlist Djurgarden/Alvsjo (7-0-1). Venus James has scored twice in four Swedish League games for Djurgarden/Alvsjo.
