The World Cup qualifying match between the USA and Costa Rica to be held Sept. 7 in Portland, Ore. is sold out. Portland’s Civic Stadium, which will have a grass field installed for the match, will hold 27,304 fans. A private sale in the Northwest during May oversold USSF projections by three times, and the remaining tickets were snapped up within hours after going on sale at 7:00 a.m. (PT) on June 12.
