Ernie Stewart took a fine pass on the right wing, and made a brief run before launching a low cross into the box. A Costa Rican defender headed the ball towards a teammate, whose mistouch bounced towards the unmarked McBride, who slammed the ball home to the right corner from about ten yards out.
