USL’s Miami FC Makes Its Pitch to City For MLS Bid

We will go out and try to generate unprecedented interest and support in Miami soccer, whether that team is in USL-1 or MLS.” USL First Division team Miami FC president Aaron Davidson, on recent efforts to solidify its own future in the face of a bid for an MLS expansion team in Miami. Its slogan is “For the Good of the Game — For the Good of South Florida” and it includes a $25 off incentive to be applied toward a 2010 ticket plan — whether in USL-1 or MLS.
