June 26 in Saitama at 7:30 am ET Semifinals: BRAZIL vs. TURKEY (TV: Live, ESPN, Univision, 7:30 am ET; Tape, Telefutura, 10 am ET/PT, ESPN2, 3 pm ET, Galavision, 7:30 pm ET/PT). Brazil is the heavy favorite to beat Turkey and advance to the World Cup final for the third straight time. Only Germany (winner in 1990 and runner-up in 1982 and '86) has played in the three consecutive finals. Brazil will have Rivaldo and Ronaldo, who are tied with Germany's Miroslav Klose for the World Cup scoring lead with five goals, but it will be without its third ''R.'' Ronaldinho, who saved Brazil against England with a brilliant assist on Rivaldo's goal and a 35-yard goal on a free kick, is suspended. Turkey will be out for revenge after its 2-1 loss to Brazil in their opening game — a loss it blamed on questionable refereeing. The Turks haven't given up a goal since their second game of the tournament and have gotten strong play out of Tugay Kerimoglu, Umit Davala and Yildiray Basturk in midfield and Hasan Sas on the left wing.
