Orlando, a club that is considering moving to Raleigh, N.C., has the first pick in the WUSA’s foreign player draft on Oct. 30. Each of the eight WUSA teams will select a pair of players from among the 16 players available. The order of the draft was determined by a formula devised by the clubs, taking into account the U.S. players each team received in the previous player allocation. Each team submitted its vote for the draft order. The league office compiled the results and the team with the lowest point total (Orlando) was awarded the first pick in the draft. The rest of the draft is as follows: 1. Orlando 2. Philadelphia 3. San Francisco Bay Area 4. New York 5. Atlanta 6. Boston 7. Washington, D.C. 8. San Diego
