Revs and Dallas vie for elusive triumph
Two teams not accustomed to winning championships meet in the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup final Wednesday (8 p.m. ET, Fox Soccer Channel) at Pizza Hut Park with one of them assured of winning a rare title. Ten years ago, Dallas won the Open Cup by beating D.C. United on penalties in its only final appearance. Thus Guadalajara won the Copa Sudamericana second leg, 1-0, and the series on away goals (1-0) with the teams deadlocked 2-2 on aggregate.
